Free and Pro, credits and top-ups, changing or cancelling your plan, and refunds.

Plans and what Pro includesDrivings Pro unlocks the study material: theory test lesson content, practice questions, mock tests, hazard perception and the AI assistant, plus narrated lessons and voice mode. Without Pro you can create an account and see the course, but the lessons and questions themselves are locked.
Cancelling your subscriptionCancel a Drivings subscription wherever you bought it. If you subscribed on the website, cancel in Profile then Subscription. If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, cancel in your Apple or Google account — Apple and Google do not let apps cancel their subscriptions.
RefundsYes, depending on where you paid. Drivings can refund a subscription bought on drivings.com — email support@drivings.com. Purchases made in the iPhone or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google, not by Drivings, so those requests go through their own refund process.
Credits and top-upsCredits are how Drivings meters the AI features that cost money to run — assistant chat, voice mode and generated images. Your Pro plan includes an allowance, and you can buy a top-up of 300, 700 or 1,500 credits at any time from Profile then Subscription.
Checking your usageOpen Profile then Usage in the Drivings app. It itemises what your credits were spent on — assistant messages, voice minutes, images and documents — so you can see what is actually consuming your allowance before deciding whether to top up.
Changing your payment methodChange the card for a Drivings subscription wherever you bought it. If you subscribed on the website, add or change it in Profile then Subscription. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, the card belongs to your Apple or Google account and is changed there.
Switching between weekly and annualYes, and you keep everything when you do. Change a Drivings plan from Profile then Subscription if you subscribed on the website. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, change it in your Apple or Google subscription settings, where the store handles plan switches.
Paying for someone elseYes, but pay from inside the account that will use it. Drivings Pro is tied to the account that bought it, and there is no family or multi-learner plan yet, so a subscription bought on your own account will not unlock Pro on theirs.
