What data does Drivings hold about me?

Updated Aug 4, 2026

Drivings holds your account details, your study progress, and your assistant conversations. Card numbers are never stored by us — payments go through Stripe, Apple or Google. You can ask for a copy of your data, or have it deleted, by emailing support@drivings.com.

What we hold

  • Account details — your email address, and your name if you gave one.
  • Study data — lessons finished, answers, scores, streak and XP.
  • Assistant conversations, including anything you attached to them.
  • Billing records, if you have ever paid.

What we don't hold

Your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple or Google, and the full number never reaches us. What we can see is the card type and last four digits, which is what appears on your receipts.

Getting a copy

Email support@drivings.com from the address on your account and ask for an export.

Having it deleted

Closing your account removes your personal data. Note the one exception explained there: if you have ever paid, anonymised payment records are retained because tax law requires it.

The formal version

Our privacy policy is the authoritative document, including who we share data with and how long we keep it.
