Return policy

Drivings is a digital subscription service. Because there's nothing physical to ship back, our "returns" policy is really about cancellation and refund eligibility.

This page explains when you can cancel, what happens to your subscription, and how to get a refund where one is due.

Where applicable consumer law gives you a cooling-off right, that right still applies. Drivings also accepts eligible cancellation requests made within 14 days of the start of a subscription.

If you choose the annual plan, there's nothing to pay during its 7-day free trial and you can cancel any time before the trial ends. The weekly plan has no trial and is charged when you subscribe.

As soon as you start using Drivings, you're accessing digital content. If you ask us to start providing the service during the cooling-off period and then cancel, we may charge you a proportionate amount for the part of the service you used. If you cancel an annual plan before its free trial ends, you will not be charged for a paid subscription.

You can cancel at any time, in two ways:

• From your account settings — open "Subscription" and choose "Cancel subscription".
• By emailing support@drivings.com with the email address linked to your account.

Cancellation stops any future renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period we'll refund you in full, minus any proportionate charge for use during that time. Cancel after the cooling-off period and your subscription simply won't renew — we won't issue a refund for the remainder of the term unless our separate refund policy applies.
