Terms of use

By creating an account or using Drivings you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and RELOAD TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Drivings. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secret and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us straight away at support@drivings.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Accounts are for one person. Sharing logins with friends or family isn't permitted and may result in suspension.

Drivings is sold as a weekly or annual subscription. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each paid period and on each renewal until you cancel.

Your price, currency and any applicable tax are shown before checkout. We may change pricing from time to time — any change applies to a future renewal, never a period you've already paid for.

The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged for the annual subscription. The weekly plan has no free trial and is charged when you subscribe. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per customer.

When using Drivings, please don't:

• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute any of the content in the app.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from our software.
• Use bots, automated tools or unauthorised clients except through interfaces we expressly document for automated access. Any permitted automated access must follow the published interface documentation, technical limits and security controls.
• Share your account, sell access, or use Drivings for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Do anything that disrupts the service or compromises the security of other users' accounts.

You may use the public agent API and MCP endpoint that we expressly document for automated access. This permission does not allow you to scrape other parts of the service, bypass authentication, rate limits or safeguards, access another person's account, or copy and redistribute protected content.

All content, design, software and trademarks in Drivings are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service while it's active — it doesn't transfer ownership of anything to you.

The service may link to or rely on third-party tools (payment processors, app stores, analytics providers). We aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Please review them separately if you have concerns.

Drivings is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep the content accurate and the service available, we can't guarantee a specific outcome or that the service will be free of bugs or interruptions. Nothing on Drivings is a substitute for professional driving instruction.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to cover any reasonable losses or costs we incur as a result of you breaking these terms or misusing the service.

We may suspend or close an account if it's used in breach of these terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect the safety of the service. You can close your account at any time from settings or by emailing us.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll let you know by email or with an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Drivings after the changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer law gives you the right to sue in your own country.
